- This track is an opportunity for those aspiring to be entrepreneurs, the advantages and pitfalls of being self-employed. The goal of this track is to inform conference attendees that entrepreneurship, while definitely hard work, is possible and has many rewards.
From Mid-Level Management to the "C" Suite
This track is an opportunity for attendees to hear stories and ask questions about what the move from mid-level management to the Chief Executive level looks like professionally. There are experiences that are different for women in the workplace that have to be navigated and the goal of this track is to offer options to encourage women to understand the experiences and still pursue career paths.
The Psychosocial Dynamics of Women in the Workplace
What does it mean to be a woman with a career? This track explores with attendees how to balance all the responsibilities of being a woman executive. Balancing family, work, and self-care, while excelling in your chosen career path.
