If you are a Small, Minority-owned business, or a Non-Profit you are eligible to receive the following pricing:

 

$100: Valid until July 15, 2022

$150: Valid from July 16 - August 14th, 2022

$200: After August 15th, 2022

 

TABLE SPACE INCLUDES:

1 - 6' Skirted Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Exhibitor IDs,

 

Additional tables are not discounted.  Table rental doesn't include electricity.   All exhibits must be professional in appearance. No handwritten signs are permitted.

This includes move-in and move-out Exhibitor move-in is Wednesday, September 14, 2022, 7am-8am.  The operation of any equipment at sufficient volume that is annoying to adjacent exhibitors is prohibited. Public address systems used to attract the attention of attendees will not be permitted. Violation of this rule shall be grounds for eviction without refund of table fee.

 

All Table purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No checks will be accepted after August 15, 2022. Balance is due by September 2, 2022.
